TENDA, a new kid on the block in the wireless distribution system in the Philippines, is set to impress the consumers with its easy-to-install units and reliable data connection of up to 300 Mbps. The company introduces three new exciting models in the Philippine market-the W3002R, W309R+ and FH303.
"TENDA's edge against the other routers are, it is easy to set up or install and its parts are made by Broadcom chipset company (famous WIFI chipset maker in the world)," - Charlie Jiang, Company Sales Manager (Philippines).
W3002R
W3002R
W3002R

Tenda W3002R is a powerful wireless solution made for home and office use that offers reliable internet connection for faster downloads.
“W3002R is the advanced 300Mbps router with new nice design, high power router, its coverage is two times wider than the normal 300Mbps router,” Jiang said.
It has detachable antennas that use the universal repeater technology which allows wider area coverage, better performance and enhanced compatibility.

Security issues have also been resolved with the W3002 as it offers multi-level encryption options to prevent unauthorized access to safeguard important data.

 W309R+

No more deadspots at home with W309R+.

One of the highlights of TENDA wireless solution technology is affordability and quality and that is exactly what the W309R+ has to offer.

Customers are in for a great deal with the last, but not the least, on the roster of the newly launched router models with its competitive market price and potent features.
"W309R+ can increase data connectivity at home up to 300 Mbps that can work with broadband internet connection and it is a high power 300 Mbps router with two 9 dBi antennas." Jiang said.
Since not every household has a “techie” member, the W309R+ comes with an easy setup utility that makes it easy for family members to set up the unit.

This affordable model is more than its price worth when it comes with added features like the enhanced wireless distribution system which allows customers to set up a wireless communication between two or more routers in the area.

Despite its ability to connect to several routers, the W309R+ does not compromise the security of data of its users as it is equipped with a multi-level encryption feature.

FH303
FH303
FH303

Tenda FH303, on the other hand, resolves dead spot troubles at home and in the office that slows down fun and work.

As TENDA is committed to customer satisfaction, the FH303 is made to deliver quality internet connectivity with a push of a button.
“FH303 is also a high power router with a button on the rear side ,that can adjust the router 's performance mode to be normal signal or high signal mode. When the router is working in normal signal mode,it also can save the energy ,we call this  as the green energy saving." Jiang explained.
Two rear side buttons can be found on the unit. The first button allows users to adjust wireless signal effectively and conveniently while the second button serves as security lock. Other features of this model include several filters like bandwidth control, MacAddress clone, remote web management and system log.

FH303 comes in elegant white with three antennas which secures reliable internet connection.

Beauty Haul

beauty haul @ my little secret

I'm not really into makeup although I must claim that I already mastered the art of lips and blush application, hahaha. Anyway, I'm not sure what caught my attention and I became suddenly interested in really learning how to apply make-up considering that I am currently a SAHM. I'm actually guessing that one of the reason why I want to learn is that I don't want to look "losyang." Come on, I have fats bulging here and there and as of the moment it would be really hard for me to go to the gym or even do 25 minutes of home workout (sorry, Shaun T), simply because I have two (2) toddlers that I need to prioritize. Before you go raising your eyebrows about the workout, I do have my fair share of cardio and that would be walking and walking while carrying my almost 2 years old baby boy.

Gosh! Too much explanation going on, hahaha. Now back to the highlights of this post and that is about my first ever beauty haul. Yes, I don't really go all out when it comes to beauty products.

Here's the list of what I bought including where I bought it and their prices.

  1. 24 Pieces Makeup Brush Set (Pink)Pretty Angel Shoppe for Php 750.00
  2. Nichido Final Powder (Pink Glow) - Watson's for Php 150.00
  3. Nichido Foundation Stick (Beige) - Watson's for Php 150.00
  4. Quick FX Tinted Moisturizer - Watson's for Php 49.00
  5. Quick FX No Shine Mattifier - Watson's for Php 89.00
  6. Collection Cosmetic Naturally Matt Foundation (Beige) - Landmark, Trinoma for Php 299.00
  7. Collection Cosmetic Lasting Color (#8 Sweet Tart) - Landmark, Trinoma for Php 199.00
  8. Liptint (No. 2) - A freebie from Pretty Angel Shoppe
  9. Purederm Skin Solution Make-up Cleansing Tissue - Watson's for Php 29.75
I know I am still missing some items but I'll probably buy them next time. I don't want to hoard on things that I am not even sure how to use, haha. Slowly but surely will be my motto when it comes to learning make-up application.

Anyway, I surely appreciate if you can recommend make-up pieces that are affordable, a-f-f-o-r-d-a-b-l-e. Hahaha! I am more than willing to learn and be taught.

Starbucks Beerbutter

The secret is out and everyone has been blabbing about their Starbucks' Beerbutter experience. Beerbutter is not a part of their usual menu including the Christmas menu but ever since articles about the Starbucks Secret Recipe circulated the WWW a lot of people became curious as to how it would taste like. I am also a little curious on how it taste like so I give in and tried it out after watching the premier of The Hunger Games: Catching Fire at Shangri-la Cineplex 3.

Before I even tried it, I saw the recipe on the internet and even posted it in here. For the sake of those who haven't read it yet, I am more than willing to share it again.
Starbucks Butterbeer Recipe (Grande)- Creme Frappucino (base)
- Add 3 pumps of Caramel syrup
- Add 3 pumps of Toffee Nut syrup
- Top with Caramel drizzle
Just so you know, this recipe is only good for the holiday season and that was because of the Toffee Nut syrup. Like what I said, this is not on their menu so you may want to write down the recipe and show it to your Barista just in case they don't have a slightest idea on how to whip up the not-so-secret drink anymore. Although I doubt that your Barista will have no idea on how to make Butterbeer since a lot of people are already ordering this one.

IMHO, I didn't really liked it because I find it too sweet for me. To be totally honest, when I saw the recipe I was like, "whaaaaaat? 3 pumps each of caramel and toffee nut syrup, I'm totally going to die." I still prefer the usual ones and of course the Christmas drinks.

Anyway, I'm going to try another recipe from the list of Starbucks Secret Recipe which really caught my attention and I am really hoping that I am going to love it, haha. As for the movie, I'll be telling you more about it on my next update.

The Hunger Games: Catching Fire

I can now say that the odds are really on our favor. Hubby and I watched the movie premiere of The Hunger Games: Catching Fire over at Shangri-la Cineplex last November 21, 2013 courtesy of the ever generous Nuffnang Philippines and PLDT Fibr. You already now the drill, I won't be spilling the beans to much just like what I did with Thor 2: The Dark World  but will be giving some hint for the sake of those who haven't watched the movie.

The Hunger Games: Catching Fire

I really love how perfectly Jennifer Lawrence played the role of Katniss Everdeen. She's such a good actor that I really fell on her every emotions especially the scene where they - Peeta Mellark and Katniss Everdeen - as victors had this district tour and went to District 11, home of the fallen Rue, I had my fair share of tears along with her. Yes, I cried with her because I can remember how the kid Rue is so innocent and good. Aside from being such a good actor, I am totally digging all her ensembles in the movie as well as her hair and make-up. Also, does anyone find Josh Hutcherson gorgeous or its just me? Hahahaha.

Anyway, the story of The Catching Fire keeps up from the first film where Katniss and Peeta returned home to District 12. Remember the ala Romeo-and-Juliet act from The Hunger Names, where Katniss offered Peeta to eat the poison berries? Some citizens interpreted it as an act of rebellion against the government of Panem. President Snow (Donald Sutherland) was frightened by the development of rebellious acts of the citizen decided that in celebration of the 75th year of Hunger Games the victors (a boy and a girl each district) from the previous games shall play the game dubbed as the Quarter Quell.

The Hunger Games: Catching Fire
Image from google.com
Both Katniss and Peeta was forced to continue their complicated love affair as they reunite with the Capitol as well as the other victors. As they prepare for the upcoming game, both of them must also decide on who should be considered as allies or enemies.

The Hunger Games: Catching Fire

I am definitely giving this movie a four (4) thumbs - hands and foot - up. Being a movie based on a book, I can totally definitely say that the people behind the movie really did know the book pretty well. Sure I might be looking for some scenes but they did show every peak of the story. Aside from a great adaptation, I am really amazed by the effects, the clothes, hair, and make-up of each character really did made them stand out. To top it off, we all know that the movie is mainly about serious political issues right? Let me say that movie did show those political issues but in a classy and respectable manner.

I can't wait for Mockingjay and I am sure it will be way better than Catching Fire and to be honest, the movie made me want to read the trilogy all over again.

Starbucks Peppermint Brownie

I am a huge fan of anything with mint thus I always feel giddy when November comes just because Christmas is going to start over at Starbucks, hahaha. Anyway, I felt bad the very first time that Peppermint Mocha was not included on their Christmas drink. No judging, please! Those were actually  the days where I wasn't aware that I can just go and simply ask the Barista to whip it up for me since the ingredients used are in season, hahaha! I know I am such a fail. Aside from the drink, I usually go for Belgian Waffle but since there are no other food choices at that time, I just go for the Starbucks Peppermint Brownie (Php 75.00) which is by the way included on their Christmas food.

To cut the really long story short, knowing my love for mint I am pretty sure that all of you will say that I love eating the brownie. Well, I didn't actually enjoyed it that much. I know, I know but I just find the brownie too sweet and too minty for me and the fact that the brownie is chewy but not really *face palm*. Its kind of hard to really explain but all I know is that there are some parts of the brownie that are chewy but there are some which is a little burnt thus the hardness. Maybe I didn't really appreciate the goodness of Peppermint Brownie because I ate it while drinking the Butter Beer.

Overall, it wasn't that bad but as a big fan of anything minty, I am pretty much disappointed. Oh well, better luck next time or I should stick with my usual Belgian Waffle instead.

I don't mean to neglect my blog but I also have another life outside of it. I've been pretty busy lately but I'm not complaining because it is a good kind of busy. Anyway, here are the things that made me really busy this past few weeks.

  • Re-launched my online shop and dubbed it as Shop Caboodle 2.0
  • Last minute preparation for my daughter's 4th birthday on December 6
  • I've been having fun practicing my make-up skills - that is if I have one, hahaha!
  • Making big preparation for my online shop's first ever bazaar that will be held on our Parish Church
  • Fixing the house for the coming holiday
  • Tried to finish buying Christmas gift
  • Colored my hair wine red but is slowly turning to brown after 3 days, meh!
  • Handle some family issues that needs to be handled accordingly

That wraps up my absence in the blogging world for a little while but I'm totally back now and I have a lot of things to share with you.

Shop Caboodle 2.0 is an online shop owned by Mr. and Mrs. Michael Flores aka yours truly and the hubby, LOL! Anyway, we dubbed it as such because Shop Caboodle was the name of our first online shop business that we need to close down due to conflict with schedule. However, we are going back to business and we offer a wider selection of items that a lot of you will truly love.

Here's a list of the products that we are selling,

  • SG Cosmetics
  • SG/Dubai Perfumes
  • As Seen On TV stuff
  • Makeup Brushes
  • Kids Toys
  • Power Bank
  • and a lot mooooooore

I know a lot of you will be raising your eyebrows on why am I selling counterfeit products and the only reason that I know of is that some of them are much more affordable than the ones bought over the drug store. Anyway, I've been trying everything for myself before selling them and so far I don't see any harm done on my skin considering that I have sensitive skin. So yea!

Visit Shop Caboodle 2.0 at the following,

Hope to see you all there and enjoy shopping with us.

Haul, Volume One

Hey looooves!

I know that the title is so lame but since I am fond of sharing the things that I bought then I might as well entitle all my haul post as such starting today. It will also be easier for me because thinking of a blog title is really hard, hahaha. Anyway, the things that I am going to share to you were all bought last November.

If you are ready then I am very much ready.

Bench Hand Sanitizer So In Love

I am so loving this hand sanitizer from Bench namely So In Love because aside from the color it really has a good smell that will make you fall in love with it every time you use it. I'm not sure how much it cost individually because we made use of their buy 4 hand sanitizer for only Php 80.

Bench Undershirt

Another one from Bench that I am currently obsessed in wearing are their V-Neck Undershirt. To date, I already have 4 of this and still want to have more. Why am I obsessed with this one? Because it is very basic and it is really comfortable. I'm in size XL even if I can totally fit L just because I don't want those fats bulging, hahaha. A little FYI, I think I am perfect with L as of this writing but I'm not sure.

Bio-Oil

I've been reading a lot about this wonder oil that I have to go and try it out for myself. Anyway, I've been using Bio-Oil on my stretch marks for almost a month now and honestly I can see progress especially on those little ones. I'm not saying that it already vanished but it did lighten already and that's a good one, right? As recommended, a person should continuously use Bio-Oil for 3 months (or maybe more) to really see the result. I'm applying mine twice a day and I can say that I'm happy with the little progress that I am seeing. I bought my Bio-Oil over at Watsons for Php 700+ that is if my memory serves me right.

I bought these tops at Landmark, Trinoma for less than Php 500 for both. Yes, you can actually get a lot of good finds over at Landmark, Trinoma's Bazaar area. I've been pairing these tops with my white shorts together with my trusty Havaianas or sandals then I'm good to go.

Silverworks Dog Tag

I've been wanting to have my own dog tag necklace because I find it cute to pair with my Bench V-Neck Undershirts and luckily hubby found a good one at Silverworks plus I get to have it engraved. I choose to have my kids photo engrave on my tag but I'm thinking of getting another one and engraving a picture of my hubby and I.

That's about it for today and I'll see you again on my next update.

HAVE YOU EVER
Brandy

[Chorus]
Have you ever loved somebody so much
It makes you cry
Have you ever needed something so bad
You can't sleep at night
Have you ever tried to find the words
But they don't come out right
Have you ever, have you ever

Have you ever been in love
Been in love so bad
You'd do anything to make them understand
Have you ever had someone steal your heart away
You'd give anything to make them feel the same
Have you ever searched for words to get you in their heart
But you don't know what to say
And you don't know where to start

[Chorus]

Have you ever found the one
You've dreamed of all of your life
Just about anything to look into their eyes
Have you finally found the one you've given your heart to
Only to find that one won't give their heart to you
Have you ever closed your eyes and
Dreamed that they were there
And all you can do is wait for the day when they will care

[Chorus]

What do I gotta do to get you in my arms baby
What do I gotta say to get your heart
To make you understand how I need you next to me
Gotta get you in my world
Cause baby I can't sleep

[Chorus]

Ersao

When I was in high school, my classmates and I always go to this really small place where Ersao was located after class dismissal. Our usual would be the Taro Milk Tea and Spicy Squid/Chicken/Pork. I remember Ersao being a kiosk or maybe an upgraded food cart back then. We have the same routine every single day until Ersao closed. Anyway, I know that they already have other branches and the biggest one that I saw was the one in West Avenue but I was so thrilled to see their food store at Jackman, Munoz.

Image courtesy of Ersaoofficial Facebook page
I ordered their Ersao Combo Meal B - spicy chicken, rice, soup and pearl milk tea. The food is pretty decent with its Php 119 price. I mean, I was pretty satisfied even without the extra rice. The serving does looks a little small but it actually isn't and I totally love it. The taste is still the same when I was in High School and it kind of brought me to memory lane.

I will definitely be coming back to satisfy my Ersao craving and also to try out the other combo meals that they are offering although I'm such a huge fan of their Combo Meal B, hahaha.

Shop Caboodle, together with Plumpytude, joined the Sunday Tiangge at Sanctuario de San Pedro Bautista last Sunday (December 22, 2013). We started at around 8 in the morning and went home at around 1 in the afternoon for the obvious reason that there will be no people around during that time. Anyway, went back at around 4 in the afternoon and totally call it a day at around 9 or may 10 in the evening. I'm a first timer although I already have an idea on the things that needs to be done because I was able to visit my cousin on her tiangge when I was still a little kid. For me, it was a successful tiangge and really looking forward into joining another one and I am hopeful to join the big ones in the future.

I'm so lucky that I was able to share a booth with Plumpytude. In behalf of Plumpytude, we do hope to see you on the next tiangge/bazaar that we are going to join and thank you to those who dropped by and purchased our items.

Dear Papa God,

I know I haven't visited nor talked to you for ages but it doesn't mean that I already forgot you. In fact, I can say that I've been putting into actions everything that you've taught me. Sure, I make mistakes at times but rest assured that from that I've learned a lot from that mistake and come to realized the things that I need to straighten up. 2013 might not be the best year for me because you've given me a lot of challenges that really rocked and almost cluttered my life into pieces but I never gave up my faith in you.

Today, I can see the reward of being a faithful servant because I have the most important things in the world that even  money cannot buy. I am really grateful that you've given me a husband - despite his shortcomings - who truly loves me wholeheartedly. I am also thankful for giving me my kids because even if we have this love-hate-kind of relationship at the end both of them still know how unconditional my love for them is. Let us not forget my relatives and true friends that even if seeing each other is impossible they are still there to catch up and understand my craziness.

I pray that you continue to shower all of us the blessings that we truly deserved and may you also continue providing us life challenges that will make us a better person, make us mature and gain knowledge from all of it. Papa God, help us make this 365 days a good and memorable one and an experience of a lifetime.

Your loving daughter,
Angie

MIA? Here's Why.

Hey loves  Yes, I am still here and slowly getting back on track in terms of blogging. I've been pretty busy since December and I'm still catching up on all the things that I set aside due to the holiday season. Anyway, I think I am all set to write again whatever it is that is happening and had happened to our lives.

To start is off the main reason on my sudden MIA is because I have to prepare for a simple party for my little kiddos whose birthdays both fall on December. Yes, Baby Sophia was born on December 6 while Baby Basty was born on December 26 but on a different year though, hahaha! My kids have a two years gap and although we still want to have more we decided to not have another babies just yet. Aside from the birthday, I was also preoccupied on managing our little online shop as well as the preparation for Christmas and New Year. Also, as I mentioned on my Keep Calm and Write On blog entry that there's some family issues that I need to handle accordingly by that I mean to restrain myself from blogging because I don't want to write things that I will regret in the future. I rather chose to keep my silence and handle the issue the way a mature and intelligent person should handle it. Of course, I'm still keeping my silence and will never spill it out but for the sake of your curiosity I shall describe the event as a big nightmare. Oh well, past is past and it's already 2014 meaning all of us have 365 days to use wisely.

Anyway, I'm not yet done with birthdays because January 15 will be my hubby's birthday and I still have 10 more days left on planning his day although I am pretty sure that he'll be spending the whole day at work. I'm still crossing my fingers that he'll take a birthday leave (if there's any, LOL) so I will know the things that needed to be done.

There. I'll probably be sharing with you more stuff on the next entry and I really do hope that I'll be able to catch up with all the things that I set aside. Yeah, greeting you all a happy new year.

Starbucks 2014 Planner

Aside from my blog, I also do have a yearly planner where I probably write the most random stuff that I can think of. For this year, I finally gave in and redeemed my first ever Starbucks' planner of course it was all because of my ever loving and supportive husband. Yes, he insisted that I should try the Starbucks' planner for this year. Anyway, I just got it last night and I am really excited to write on it and make 2014 my year.

I had mine in black although I really wished to have the one in magenta but it was already out of stock and although the mustard planner looks cute I felt that it will easily attract dirt, LOL! I just need a nice pen to go with it and I'm all good.

I claim that better days are already coming. Cheers to a better 365 days and counting.

A Year Of Gift Giving

Hey loves, it's already the second week of January 2014 but it only felt like yesterday when we celebrated NYE. Anyway, how was the second week of 2014 treating you? If you are going to ask me, I'll say that I'm having a great time and already moving forward while setting aside the year that had passed. Yes, setting aside because you cannot really leave the things that had happened from last year. Instead, you set aside the bad ones and cling on with the good ones after all whatever it is that happened in the year 2013 will definitely make you a better and stronger you for the year 2014.

Anyway, I'm already guessing that a lot of you are already wondering on what the blog title is all about. Am I right? Well, since I've been receiving a handful of blessings I decided to share it to all my loyal readers. It looks like a giveaway but not the typical type where there will be likes and share although you should be following me on all my social media accounts (i.e. - Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc). How does one receive a gift from me? By simply becoming my loyal reader, easy task right?

For the year 2014, I will be giving random gifts to my loyal readers on a monthly basis which means that I'll be giving away a total of 12 gifts for this year. I'll still use rafflecopter for documentation purposes and to know who will be joining for each month.

a Rafflecopter giveaway

You can join my little gift giving starting tomorrow and I would also love to take this opportunity to say my gratitude to everyone for their love and support. I do hope you'll enjoy monthly gift giving as much as I am going to enjoy giving them to you.

Starbucks Nutella Frappuccino

I've been battling on what Starbucks Secret Recipe to try since I've already tried and tasted the Harry Potter inspired Starbucks Butterbeer. I ended up trying the Starbucks Nutella Frappuccino among the long list.

Starbucks Nutella Frappuccino
Starbucks Nutella Frappuccino Recipe (Grande)- Mocha Frappuccino
- Add 1 pump of Hazelnut Syrup
- Add 2 pumps of Mocha Syrup
- Whipped cream blended in
- Top it with whipped cream and/or caramel (optional)
I am such a huge fan of Nutella and that's what made me chose to try this one among all the other flavors. In my opinion, it doesn't taste like my favorite Nutella at all but in all fairness to this drink it taste good. Yes, I'm a little disappointed because I really did expect to finally taste Nutella as a drink but it was a total failure. Nevertheless, I still enjoyed drinking it while chatting with Gracyy, my sister-in-law.

By the way, I paired my drink with my all-time favorite Starbucks Belgian Waffle in Chocolate then I drizzled it with cinnamon and chocolate powder.

Starbucks Belgian Waffle

Yes, I had too much chocolate that nigh but after we went home I was sleepy instead of being all hyper and whatnot. Hahaha!

Dessert For The Skin

Sometime last year, I've seen and read a lot of stuff about this so-called Dessert For The Skin and from that moment I told myself that I would definitely get one for myself. Thank goodness for Sample Room because I was able to grab my own sample of The Cream Factory's Bath Cream. I received the Goat's Milk and Acai Berry one and I instantly feel in love with it because its pink and it smells really good.

I've read an article on how good Acai berries are good for skin care. Anyway, back to the product review. I've been using it for almost 2 weeks now and I really love how it moisturizes my skin and never had a hard time rinsing the product off. Since we've been having cold weather which tends to make our skin dry, I can totally say that while using The Cream Factory's Bath Cream wearing lotion is no longer needed or if I really need to wear lotion I will just need to apply it on the affected area of my skin. The smell is really soothing although I felt that it somehow changes while lathered or maybe it was only my sense of smell, haha. I just wish the smell will last longer on my skin though.

Overall, I'm definitely going to purchase and try another flavor once I'm done with this one.

QUESTIONS:
  • Have you tried this product yet?
  • What flavor did you have?
  • What can you say about it?
